SUMMARY

Fridays and Saturdays in May (5^th, 6^th, 12^th, 13^th, 19^th, 20^th, 26^th, 27^th), Guests who have earned 250 points with their Players Club card from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. (Table Games not included) will qualify for Random Hourly Hot Seats Drawings for a chance to win their share of $70,000 by playing Hot Chicken. The game will be played five (5) times on each day of the promotion, with a total of three (3) players per game. Selected Hot Seat winners have three (3) minutes to appear at the promotional area for their chance to play. If there is a no-show, a new drawing will be conducted, and a new player will be called.

How to Play: Players Club Representatives will have each player select one (1) of the 120 Chickens from the promo wall. A 30-second timer begins, and Players will start continuously passing the chickens clockwise (left to right). Players may only hold on to the Chicken for up to two (2) seconds per pass. Players who violate any game rules will be disqualified and forfeit any winnings. At the end of the 30 seconds, the Chicken in the player’s hand(s) will be their winning Chicken. Players will peel back the game piece to reveal their cash prize. Once a Chicken has been selected, it will not be returned to the prize pool. Players may nominate a stand-in for themselves (within one (1) minute of appearing at the promotional area) if they cannot participate in the game actively.

RULES

• Promotion is open to all Casino Guests eighteen (18) years of age and older who have a valid Players Club card.
• Only one (1) membership per person. Joint accounts are not available.
• Only the registered cardholder on the Chicken Ranch Casino account may engage in transactions regarding the account.
• Club points and rewards are non-transferable and are not cashable.
• Points earned are redeemed for Free Play at gaming machine(s) excluding Wide Area Progressives.
• Discrepancies involving a Players Club account should be reported immediately to the Players Club Supervisor for resolution.
• All prizes must be claimed at Players Club or promotional area depending on where the promotion takes place.
• Winners are responsible for any federal or state income taxes associated with prizes.
• Winners must be present to win and show a valid government-issued photo identification document (ID) to claim prize(s). If expired or lost winner has seven (7) days to show valid ID to claim prize. Winnings expire seven (7) days from promotional win.
• By participating in promotions at Chicken Ranch Casino all winners agree to give Chicken Ranch Casino permission to take photos and/or video and use their name for advertising and publicity purposes.
