SUMMARY

Fridays and Saturdays in October (6^th, 7^th, 13^th, 14^th, 20^th, 21^st, 27^th, 28^th), Guests who have earned 250 points on their active Players Club card from 4:00 p.m. to 7:59 p.m. (Table Games not included) qualify for two (2) Random Hourly Hot Seat Drawings from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Those selected will have the opportunity to draw seven (7) cards from a deck of playing cards and make their best five-card poker hand.

Hot Seat winners will be called to the Ultimate Chicken Hold ‘em promotional card table where they will be presented with a washed, shuffled and fanned deck of cards. The procedure for preparing the deck of cards is as follows:

1. The Casino Representative will present a red and blue deck of cards to which the guests may choose which deck to play. Once the deck of cards is picked the representative will spread the cards, face up on the table.
2. The Casino Representative will flip cards face down and proceed to wash the cards.
3. The Casino Representative will take approximately half the stack (26 cards) and shuffle them together.
4. Repeat step 3.
5. The Casino Representative will strip the deck one time.
6. Repeat step 3.
7. The Casino Representative will offer the Guest the option to cut. If the Guest declines, the Casino Representative will cut the deck.

The shuffled cards will then be fanned across the table and presented to the Hot Seat winning Guest. The Guest will then be instructed to select, in any order, seven (7) cards from the fanned pile of cards. The Hot Seat winning Guest will then choose and flip each card so that the Casino Representative can call the action over the PA system in the Casino as the hand is built.

Once all seven (7) cards have been selected and exposed, the Casino Representative will read the hand, judge it accordingly, then announce the hand and the corresponding prize amount. The winning Guest will be awarded based on the chart of qualifying hands and payouts below:

• Promotion is open to all Casino guests eighteen (18) years of age and older who have a valid Players Club card.
• Only one (1) membership per person. Joint accounts are not available.
• Only the registered card holder on the Chicken Ranch Casino account may engage in transactions regarding the account.
• Club points and rewards are non-transferable.
• Points earned are redeemed for Free Play at casino machine(s). Redeemed points must be used at point of play and are not cashable.
• Discrepancies involving a Club account should be reported immediately to the Club Supervisor for resolution.
• All prizes will be claimed at Players Club and must be redeemed that day.
• Winners are responsible for any federal or state income taxes associated with prizes.
• Winners must be present to win and show a valid government-issued photo identification document (ID) to claim prize(s). If expired or lost winner has seven (7) days to show valid ID to claim prize.
• By participating in promotions at Chicken Ranch Casino all winners agree to give Chicken Ranch Casino permission to take photos and/or video and use their name for advertising and publicity purposes. All winners must fill out a photo release and will receive no additional compensation.
